I scheduled an appointment in April for the next available day, which was July 10th; they called me a week before the appointment to cancel. Three months wasted when I could have been looking for another doctor. They said their new patient policy changed. I need someone to explain how this happens. And if the policy changed in May and the appt was made in April then you need to honor those appointments. How inconsiderate; shame on you Dr. Perez for choosing not to honor the appt made.
