When Advocate decided to drop my HMO in the middle of the year and with only one months notice, I had to switch doctors and plans. The new doctor could not prescribe any medications for 3 months but Dr. Perez took care of it for me. I really appreciate her doing that for me and caring enough to take care of a patient’s needs even though I was forced to leave her practice. Thank you goes out to Dr. Perez!
I scheduled an appointment 6 months ago in Jan 2025 for an appointment in early June 2025. I was called today to be told she only takes 1 new patient per week, and my appointment was canceled. The next available appointment is several more months away. I was really excited and interested to see this Doctor specifically. Clearly, there was a mistake made somewhere, and the only fix was to see an NP. Dr. Perez is the most thorough and caring doctor I've ever been to. She is very communicative and always respond quickly to any messages. I definitely trust her and she is very knowledgeable on a wide range of health topics. I highly recommend her!
