We've used Irlam Estates to buy a property and list a property. In the first instance their service was exceptional, above and beyond what we have come to expect from estate agents. I had a really positive experience renting my home through this estate agency. From start to finish, the team were professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Irlam Estates made the selling process as stress free as possible throughout the whole process, from the initial valuation all the way through to completion day. They have a friendly team that are always on hand to listen to any concerns and answer any questions. All the staff involved provided an excellent service and I can't recommend them enough.

We've just bought our first home through Irlam estates and we were incredibly lucky enough to have Amy as our sales manager. I expected the process to be stressful, however thanks to Amy it has been completely the opposite. She's always been available to answers any queries, big or small, and she made us feel at ease throughout the process. You could tell that she genuinely wanted the best for us as the buyers, as well as the sellers. I highly recommend Amy if you're looking at buying or selling a home.

Although the GoodLord system is an absolute nightmare for older people, Jane Russell supported us every step of the way, my in laws rental property was being sold and they had received 6 weeks notice. We were able to view the new property and sort everything so they could move in within 3 weeks !
