I had a really positive experience renting my home through this estate agency. From start to finish, the team were professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Jane, Maureen, and Pete, who all went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Jane was incredibly organised and always quick to respond to any questions, Maureen was warm and reassuring throughout, and Pete was especially helpful in making sure everything was in great shape before I moved in. We've used Irlam Estates to buy a property and list a property. In the first instance their service was exceptional, above and beyond what we have come to expect from estate agents. They helped speed up the process to hit a deadline getting out of the apartment we were renting before having to pay another 6 month term and also really clear communicators when it came to the rest of the chain and also how to speed up the process with our solicitors who weren't exactly in a rush. Amy has been incredible from start to finish on our house sale and purchase. Always regular in information and helped massively in a very difficult situation around our selling process. Couldn't recommend her more highly along with Irlam Estates as a company. Thanks Andy, Chris, Amy and the team!

Irlam Estates made the selling process as stress free as possible throughout the whole process, from the initial valuation all the way through to completion day. They have a friendly team that are always on hand to listen to any concerns and answer any questions. All the staff involved provided an excellent service and I can't recommend them enough.

Honestly, the whole experience with this estate agency was great. From the first valuation right through to the photos and viewings, everything was handled really well. Communication was spot on too — I could always get hold of someone, and the apps they use made things super easy. All the staff were lovely, really helpful, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They put me at ease straight away and were so easy to talk to. I’d definitely recommend to anyone!
