We've just bought our first home through Irlam estates and we were incredibly lucky enough to have Amy as our sales manager. I expected the process to be stressful, however thanks to Amy it has been completely the opposite. She's always been available to answers any queries, big or small, and she made us feel at ease throughout the process. You could tell that she genuinely wanted the best for us as the buyers, as well as the sellers. I highly recommend Amy if you're looking at buying or selling a home.
Honestly, the whole experience with this estate agency was great. From the first valuation right through to the photos and viewings, everything was handled really well. Communication was spot on too — I could always get hold of someone, and the apps they use made things super easy. All the staff were lovely, really helpful, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They put me at ease straight away and were so easy to talk to. I’d definitely recommend to anyone!
I've used Irlam Estates to manage a rental property of mine since 2006. This included five years when I was living and working overseas. They are always, helpful, professional and I would definitely recommend them to any landlord. They also handled a property sale for me. It was not the most straightforward sale but the team at Irlam Estates were very helpful and communicated well.
This agency is a joke. The worst experience of my life. Lies and manipulation at every turn. When showing the house, I was told that everything would be left after submitting an offer, and before moving in, most of my belongings were taken away. The house I sold was underpriced, the house I bought was overpriced by 25,000. The house is in shambles, with a leaky roof and unfinished windows. I don't recommend them at all. Be careful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Would 10000% recommend Irlam Estates they have helped me at any time of the day and have been thorough and informative with everything I've asked. Very professional and sold my property within days!!
