Irish Spike's Hot Sauce it's amazing! The unique creations he comes up with, the fresh flavors with the perfect amount of heat. You can't go wrong with any of his flavors. And if you see him in person, you can sample which ever sauce your curious about. Spike is truly passionate about what he does & it shows!! I simply can not get enough of these hot sauces from Irish spikes. I was lucky enough to stumble into the Breakfast Club in Moscow Idaho recently and was able to try every sauce they had available there and they all seriously delicious. They do your standard hot sauces well but their more wild sauces are incredible too. The balance of flavors and good heat are the perfect match for every meal. I was the biggest fan of this company until both myself and a close friend have been ghosted when working with the owner on doing art for some of their labels, which is disappointing and unprofessional, but that shouldn't affect your experience unless you're looking to do the same. Owner also uses AI in some aspects of sauce creation. Definitely worth trying if you like thin sauces with real spice.
