I lived here for my senior year (Fall 2024-Spring 2025), and there were many issues throughout our time. Maintenance is slow to respond at best, and some issues would take numerous requests before someone actually showed up to fix it. Also, read your lease CAREFULLY for all utility charges and other rules (including parking, which my roommate had an issue with. I had a great experience during my lease with Irish Row. All the guys and gals at the office were very kind and personable. I rarely had any issues with my unit, but when i did the maintenance team was super quick to come in and help fix it. They also replaced the beds and couches with new ones when i moved in which was nice. We had maybe 2 or 3 short-term power outages this year that was out of their control and they did what they could to help manage the issue. They are very friendly at the beginning when you sign your lease, but at the end they are anything but. I was forced to move out before the end of the month and pay rent through the end of the month. It’s not fair to have it both ways - either prorate the rent or let tenants stay the entire month. Oh, and they also charged me for a “broken blind” - I have photo evidence of it being in perfectly fine condition upon move out. Finally, ask for the move out checklist BEFORE signing the lease. I just signed a lease for the fall and have had a great experience so far! Carrie has been super helpful and kind, answering all my questions promptly. I am very impressed with the management and excited to move in.
