I have done been business with Steve Smith and the Irish Realty Team for over two decades. I am an owner of a home inspection company, which does about 5 thousand home inspections a year. Our company has over 4 thousand 5-star reviews, but unfortunately many Agents in the real estate industry have pressured me and my home inspectors to be soft on reports or they complain that our reports are too thorough or too nit-picky. I just want people to know this guy Smith started a deal with me then totally ghosted me. After starting the process, application fees and everything just stopped responding. Still not a word since before Thanksgiving. I been in business a long time and regardless of the situation you would think common courtesies would apply. Guess that's how you do business in Indiana. Just wanted people to know if you are looking for a company with integrity and communication skills STAY AWAY from here.
