Lovely house on Wall Street and very good communication with the management company.
We work with the Irish Management team for both AirBnB and property management. The team is proactive in spotting and addressing issues before they become problems, and they keep us informed throughout the process. They work with reliable local contractors and manage all things on the ground for us. They also accommodate specific needs for our house to ensure our guests have a positive experience. I have been with Irish Management for nearly two years and the experience has been excellent. The team at Irish Management have all been very easy to work with and readily available making sure that our property is clean and cared for and our tenants are pleased. The tools and technology they use make it very easy to monitor our property and the financials of the property with dashboard reports and monthly checks and summaries. I would highly recommend them for your property management needs.
