Had a new hvac system put in. Price was about the same as other estimates but the communication is horrible once the unit is installed and paid for. It took weeks in order for me to receive a receipt or rebate paper with all kinds of excuses. Before payment communication was great. I didn’t have a google nest put in as I had one and Ryan was supposed to refund me the difference. Check was always in the mail. Was supposed to drop it by my house, that didn’t happen. Irish Heating and Air Conditioning installed our heating and A/C system less than a year ago, and it has already failed during the winter season. The system has a 10 year warranty. My family and I have repeatedly tried to contact the company to schedule an appointment, calling multiple phone numbers, sending emails, and reaching out through direct messages, all without any response.
