I signed a contract with Irish Heating and Air Condition on 5/18/25, to replace package unit on roof with the new one, they installed only the unit on 6/3/25 and the leak test, Elbow have not replaced, city of ******** permit and inspection, still haven't done. I am surprised to see an A+ rating. This company has been consistently unreliable and unresponsive since they installed a faulty ********** heating system for my family in October 2024. The cost was around $40,000, and there were 2 12 year warranties included, 1 from them, and the other from **********. There were problems soon after installation, which required multiple persistent and patient communications with Irish before they finally responded.
