Phil was great to work with. Told him what I wanted, and he had it drawn out while I was still rambling on. I was nervous and he made me feel comfortable. It was my first (and probably last) but would highly recommend him and his studio. Very professional and clean!!
I came to get a cover up and left with the memory of the old tattoo completely erased would recommend to any and everyone!
Phil does excellent work! If you are anywhere in the Delmarva area it's worth the trip to Irish Buddha.
