I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a couple of years and usually have a good experience. Last time I didn’t like my nails but the owner was very kind and welcomed me back to fix them which I appreciated. I came back today for a pedicure and told the employee if she can change the colour because I didn’t like it. She reacted very upset at me and told me the service was almost completed so they would charge an extra $30. I have never had a pedicure this bad before, the employee was inexperienced and even though I told the manager that I was not satisfied, she did not even care, I normally do not want to make bad comments but I am really very demoralized.
The best nail salon in Yorkville 🥰 nail techs are all super nice and professional. Yurika did an amazing job, absolutely love my nails 🫶🏼
Got a Regular pedicure, it was 15 min long in total. Honestly a waste of money.
