Anber did not make me feel like I got the help I wanted and honestly felt worst from when I started. Every session started off similarly to: “so tell me” instead of a “Hey, how are you? So how have things been?” Also mentioned to me that the billing code was for 53 minutes in many sessions. Sadly, I can’t recommend this place to my friends.
Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience with the psychologists at this practice (I saw two providers). In my experience, they seemed inexperienced in handling patients’ mental health needs, and their approach felt unkind and overly directive after only 20–30 minutes of meeting. I’m grateful I realized this early on and decided to switch to another practice.
Dr. Dipana Jain is a truly gifted and compassionate psychologist whose dedication and expertise shine in her work with individuals, couples, and families. I highly recommend her!
Dr. Dee went above and beyond to re-evaluate me and go over my prior diagnosis. She’s caring and compassionate. We also had Dr. Jessem evaluate and test my 6yo son- she was caring and patient with him, and helped us understand her findings.
Failed to provide adequate support and important aid in a timely manner with meaningful consequences. Would have been better served and prevented much more heartache if I had gone to another practice, and only done marginally worse if I hadn't gotten any help at all. Was too patient with them, if you are not receiving the help you sought leave quickly, don't give them more time to fail you and worsen the situation.
