Used Iris for support for over 12 years for our dental office. When we had hard drive issues and loss of data for our business, we felt abandoned. They were not there for us. One of the most frustrating and disappointing professional experiences in my career.
On behalf of Central Avenue Dental and the MORE Dental Solutions, Marlon is one of the IT Techs at IRIS Solutions and by far the best. I have two dental offices, and I have IRIS as my IT support for one year four months. I am grateful to have IRIS because they provided me with a reliable network; the customer service is okay. However, I am giving only three stars because IRIS is no longer reliable after June 2021. In the past, I only needed to call IRIS once to solve any IT issues.
