Jessie was absolutely phenomenal! It's been some time since I've had a haircut due to an odd allergy. Jessie was so patient and navigated every step with me and helped me walk out feeling fresh and beautiful! Thank you Jessie for your kindness and patience and for helping this girl love her hair again
Scheduled a bikini wax a week ago and the esthetician cancelled on me the morning of my appointment. She sent me a cancellation policy stating I would be charged 50% of my appointment if I cancelled in less than 24 hours. I would have appreciated the same courtesy. I understand people get sick but if you expect a 24 hour notice, you should give the same to your clients
Love the salon. Caitlyn absolutely the best!!
