I was hoping for a refuge and was met with despair. I was able to spend 2 nights there. On the 3rd I met and talked to the director. Do not express concern or make any suggestions or you will be asked to leave. Unfortunately, this event turned into her threatening to call the police on me. And I had 30 minutes to get out. What an incredibly disappointing experience when your pleading for help. FYI, if your disabled. The facility will not assist you with a bag up the stairs. I was amazed by how the place is so peaceful and really insightful staff. I really appreciate coming there , and it has helped me have hope again.
