Iris was amazing and was so attentive she has done many parties of mine and has always gone over and beyond. She was so kind and truly cares about what she does, she will make sure to do everything possible to make you feel special and make your day special. She’s very hard working and was very good at communicating and letting me know what the steps were and what was being done I 100% trust her in doing any party of mine.

I recently had the pleasure of using Iris Party Rental and Decoration for my daughter’s quinceañera, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. As a property manager, my job requires a great deal of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving, so I tend to be very particular about services. Terrible. They tried to steal the food we paid for, Iris herself was rude with our guest when they asked for food. Her boyfriend/employee was drinking all night at the open bar that I paid for. They were packing decorations on the tables 2 hours before the event ended. Then her drunk boyfriend gets belligerent calling our guests expletives and trying to pick a fight with everyone. Ruined my daughter's birthday. If I could give less the a star I would. These people are unprofessional. Worst party coordinator I have ever seen.

Amazing service- I used this vendor for my mother's 80th birthday. The table and chairs were delivered promptly and picked up on schedule. I will definitely work with them again for future parties.
