Worst clinic ever. We had an appointment. They made us sit and wait for over 40 minutes with no explanation. And when I asked them about it they asked me if I want to rebook. Responding to your response: I did arrive early as your records show but does it show what time I had to leave? It was 5:42. So you’re either uninformed or being untruthful.
Jo-Dea assisted my husband and I with our eye glasses. She was wonderful from start to finish. We appreciate her pleasant demeanour, honest opinions and attention to detail. She is truly an asset to this company!
I came to this clinic in search of a new optometrist after 18 years, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From the reception check-in to the pre-tests and the eye exam, every staff member was accommodating and professional. Dr. Pri Tawar was very welcoming, took the time to explain each step of the process, and answered all of my questions clearly. Updated review: going from 5 star to one. I see a big difference in quality of customer service here.I have been a loyal customer of this clinic (formerly Urban Optique, now IRIS near Market Mall) for over three years. My whole family — myself, my husband, my children, and even my parents — have done all of our eye exams here, and I have purchased multiple glasses and sunglasses from this location. Very rude, ignorant, costumer service, a young guy having glasses looked to be supervisor and had very insulting behaviour and body language. Not sure why he treated costumers with arrogance, ignorance, and misconduct
