My family had eye exams with Dr McIver, from Iris optical at market mall professional office. We always have a great experience with Dr. McIver but our front desk experience was awful. Although the office staff were aware that they were unable to do Blue Cross submissions for most of the day, we were never informed of this until services were rendered.
