Everyone else was good, doctor was great, however, I don’t believe the receptionist handling the phones is trained for an environment of this manner.
I had an excellent experience with my optometrist and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and highly professional. The clinic is well-organized, and everything runs smoothly, which makes visits stress-free. We were customers of this branch when they were located in the mall off Sarcee Trail NW and Stoney. Then they moved to Market Mall, and we followed. Then they moved to the Professional Centre, and we followed them there, too. Why do you ask? Because every single staff member in the front is amazing! The doctors are very caring, knowledgeable, and super friendly. The frames, lenses and sunglasses they carry are of the highest standards. Overall, my family and I are super impressed with this branch. Keep up the great work!
This was not the customer service that I had known from this Iris location at Market mall professional building. Reception was supposed to get back to me regarding my order, did not happen. Reception had to be prompted re benefits coverage for my contact lenses. Small things that make a big difference when dealing with long time customer
Because I haven't finished the process of getting a good service from this company, I can't give any feedback yet. Anyway, I can tell you about my not very good experience, so far. On March 11, 2026 I was assisted by Wendy and I asked her about the offers for a new pair of glasses. After I tried some, I noticed there weren't the designs I wanted.
