Horrible. Made an appointment 3 weeks ago wanting to get an eye exam and they cancelled the appointment 2 hours prior because the optometrist called in sick. Then, they sent me a text saying that as per “my request” the appointment was cancelled. I tried to book for the next day and he said that the doctor had called in sick for a while week. The appointment was on a Thursday.
I had the pleasure of getting glasses at the Iris location at Market Crossing in Burnaby. Evelyn was extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. While I made a mistake in what I wanted they were very accommodating and made sure I got what I needed. I am so pleased with my new glasses. All the staff I dealt with on return visits were so nice. I definitely recommend this place!
I am not even a customer yet and just booked an appointment, and the lady who picked up the phone is super. I am already getting good vibes and hope thier service is as good.

I've been seeing their team for what seems like 20 years. When they were back in Metrotown. Staff and Doctors always friendly, supportive and helpful. I had bought new glasses in March 2025, and stepped on them by mistake the other day and broke the frame only. First time ever needed to use their 1 year no questions asked warranty for the frame replacement.
