I've been seeing their team for what seems like 20 years. When they were back in Metrotown. Staff and Doctors always friendly, supportive and helpful. I had bought new glasses in March 2025, and stepped on them by mistake the other day and broke the frame only. First time ever needed to use their 1 year no questions asked warranty for the frame replacement. The customer service at IRIS Burnaby is absolutely stellar! I decided to make an appointment to update my prescription and shop for new glasses after seeing all the great reviews and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Lam was very professional and knowledgeable. Yukiko, Evelyn, and KC were all so polite and helpful. Everyone was so attentive and took the time to explain everything in detail to me. I am so happy with my new glasses and would absolutely recommend all my friends, family, and colleagues to visit here.
