I had such an excellent experience at IRIS Optometrists and Opticians. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional, and the doctor was very caring and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Wow!!!!what an amazing experience again! I came back to Iris Caulfeild Optometry after two years, and it was just as wonderful as I remembered. Maria and Fariba were the first people who helped us, and they are truly the best! So friendly, patient, and welcoming. If we were not in an emergency rush for eyeglasses we would not used them, unfortunately we are at their mercy. No service whatsoever and almost needed to beg them for help with our two boys. Overpriced but the least they could do was provide service which after three complaints, still no response until we reached out. They don’t seem to need the business. We are sorry to bother you.
