Awesome experience at IRIS Richmond Centre. Dr. Jordan Chou was very kind and caring during the eye exam, there was an extensive selection of great designer glasses and sunglasses, and David was very very helpful and patient while I picked out my new frames. Highly recommended!
I had been with Iris Richmond for over a decade as they were so good at helping me with eyeglass choices and contact lenses. Dr. Herman Cheng is excellent and always explains tge results and shows you the pictures too,I always understand what he goes over . Thank you for the exceptional service 👏
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is my second time back at IRIS and honestly, always a great experience! I saw Dr. Herman Cheng for my eye exam and it was quick and easy. And NICOLA!! ✨✨ She was so helpful with picking my frames. There were so many options, but she helped me narrow it down and choose a shape that actually fits my style. I have no problem spending my money here because it’s super worth it! 💯
The staff were very friendly and professional, and my glasses were adjusted very well. I highly recommend them.
