I recently visited IRIS in Richmond Centre to get my first pair of glasses since moving to Richmond, and had a great experience. They have a wide selection of plastic acetate frames (not metal) that suit East Asian face shapes really well. As an East Asian person myself, having a good nose pad is so important—and they offer great options with adjustable nose supports that make a big difference! Our whole family recently visited IRIS Richmond Centre branch and had nothing than the best experience from eye check to purchasing our glasses. Our Optician - David provided us with excellent services. He was very accommodating with our schedule and was able to squeeze us in for an earlier appointment. He was very kind and considerate to our small and young family. He was good with my kids - ages 4 and 7.
