Nicki and all the staff were helpful, prompt and honest with opinions. I had to fill my rx while on vacation 2000km away and they got me two pairs (progresives) so thst on my way home 10 days later I was set!! Family run and it shows. Great teamwork. Nice selection of frames and products for all budgets.

I had a great experience at IRIS. My optometrist, Dr. Ngui was super kind and made the eye exam comfortable. Nicola was amazing at helping me pick out glasses. She was so friendly and really made sure I found the perfect pair. Highly recommend. :)

Bought a new pair of glasses here and had a great experience with David as my optician. He was patient throughout the process, offered thoughtful suggestions, and clearly has a good eye for style. Super friendly and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend asking for David if you’re shopping for new frames!
