Dr. Bugescu is knowledgeable and she took her time to answer my questions. The staff was friendly and helped me find the right frames for my glasses from a wide variety they carry at Iris. It was a good experience.
I called about getting a pair of contacts and was hung up on by a very rude man named Antonio in the middle of my sentence. Terrible service.
