I did recently visit at Iris optometrist and it was very pleasant to meet Dr Angela she was so kind and answered all my questions very patient doctor. I had a very strange customer service experience with this clinic. My wife had asked me to arrange an appointment for her which was to take place today, but unfortunately she became ill and had to reschedule. I called and left a message for the clinic as soon as she told me, then when attempting to do my due diligence and reach out to them this morning to make sure they got my message, the receptionist picked up and as far as I can tell just said "no" and quickly hung up.
