I purchased some new frames and lenses with the help of Ardjan (not sure of correct spelling) but he was easy to talk to and helped me get my lenses adjusted after I wasn’t happy with the first lenses. Great team to work with if you’re looking for new glasses.
I highly recommend this place! The staff is welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. My family had a fantastic experience with Zari, Sepideh, and Dr. Lam. Dr. Lam is highly knowledgeable and professional. Zari is very experienced, helpful, and patient. She went above and beyond to help us select the perfect glasses, making the entire process easier for us.
The service at this place is amazing. I lost a screw of my glasses (bought it elsewhere), brought it in to see if they repair it. The staff took it in to see if they have a matching screw for it. After a few minutes, my glasses were repaired. The staff was super pleasant and didn’t even charge me for the repair when I asked to pay. Will definitely come back here next time when I’m replacing my glasses.
