I have consistently received excellent service at IRIS on Wyndham Street in downtown Guelph. Most recently, I went to them with an older pair of prescription sunglasses that I absolutely depend on. The frame had been bent and was badly damaged. I was sure that I would need to replace them at significant expense. Elana at IRIS first investigated for me whether parts could be ordered.
