BEWARE …. I would normally never leave a bad review, but for others safety I must. I recently went to Iris Nails in West Milford , 4-18-26. I’ve been there before for just pedicures and never had a problem. This time I wanted to get pedicure and tips . While tips were being filed , I was cut a couple times. one finger started bleeding , she proceeded squeezing the cut with a dry paper towel , to stop the bleeding while continuing to file. Recently went here for the first time and had a great experience. Facility was clean, appointments were on time, staff was friendly.
The ladies here are always the kindest. The pedicures are relaxing and well done.
I have been here twice so far and both times have been good experiences. Just a regular pedicure and regular manicure. The staff is very friendly and the place is clean and very cozy. I’ve had no problems with booking and I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seated Highly recommend and will be returning.
