Dr. Shields of Dental Medicine I liked Dr. Shields and her staff..especially the Dental Hygienist. My grandson did not want X-Rays and Dr. Shields said it could wait. She saw him right away when he bruised his tooth. She was courteous and very calming. Also, I loved the concept of a picture I.D. I liked the toys in the waiting room to set the tone for a kid-friendly atmosphere. ERHansen of Port Deposit, MD
Not a good dental experience! I took my daughter to Dr. Iris Shields for her first appointment and she was very rude! She seemed to work nicely with the adults that were in there but was very short tempered with my daughter and my daughter was cooperating nicely!
