Very friendly and professional
Had the most amazing imaging student take care of my appointment today! She was super sweet and friendly, the receptionists are really nice too 😊
One of the worst experiences i ha e ever been a part of. Trying to support someone after their scans (that were over 2 hours late by this point) the male dr came in and decided that is was a massive issue I was in the room and the way he spoke to me and raised his voice at me triggered a panic attack for the person I was supporting making them have to leave. The excuse give was miscommunication. Even if that was the case that Drs behaviour was completely out of line and unacceptable.
Anyone looking for a ultrasound or X - ray , do yourself a favour and look no further than Iris Imaging Sir Overall Drive Helensvale, not only do they Bulk Bill which is hard to find these days , foremost all the Reception staff and Doctors and X ray operators are excellent, they ask all the right questions and put you at ease .
