Always waiting 30 mins after scheduled appointment
I had an ultrasound here recently and unfortunately didn’t have a great experience. The lady who performed my ultrasound made me feel really uncomfortable and anxious hinting there was something wrong but not explaining to me what it was . Considering this is a very invasive test I would have appreciated more care and support .
I have been there on a few accessions. No trouble getting in.
Had an X-ray and ultrasound done today and the whole team were awesome. The receptionist was really warm and welcoming, and the techs were kind, patient, and super quick. You can tell they genuinely care about people and make you feel comfortable the whole way through. Such a friendly, family-style place — highly recommend Iris Imaging!
Im basing this off my experience three days ago, they were great when getting the CT scan, very professional and fast. But they didn't send my CT scan to my doctor, so when I contracted them three days later to see what was happening, they said they hadn't received anything. So I tried to call them, no answer, multiple times. So I even went to the centre, and there was a sign on the door saying they are closed, on a friday. I was absolutely fumming, and still on.
