False advertising in brochures how we have community room for family dinners/prep. Not anymore. You're method of hiring GOOD and respectable maintenance people falter. This 'guy" mows sidewalks hits patio w riding mower, picks up garbage with mower and plow. Extremely disrespectful and sloppy. Cannot do simple repairs. Condescending to everyone. Leaves his he shed to do the MINIMUM ( lawn and garbage. Then is unavailable moat of the day. This has been going on for YEARS
