Scam. I submitted interest about seeing an available unit #33 and a person calling himself Ryan reached out to set up a time. Tried to call back and got a robot error. Texted him and we arranged to see it at 12:30. When I got to the apartment nobody was there and the unit #33 itself was under full construction. Not sure what they were hoping to achieve other than wasting my time since I didn't pay any fee. The complex itself is pretty run down, as an aside.
