I ordered Tiger Paws begonia in the winter and when I got them they had died because of the cold weather where I live. However, Iris Florist honored my purchase and said once the weather got warmer they'd resend them. They resent me the same plants , no additional charge and they arrived in good condition this time. The plants were carefully wrapped and put in the box so carefully. The florist followed up and were excellent in customer service!! I am thrilled and highly recommend them.
