The process was super easy, dropped off sample at 1PM and received an email less than 24hours later that the results were in. The woman i dealt with at the office in Union was extremely nice, if i ever need testing done again, i'll be coming back to IRIS!!
I needed to complete lead testing as dictated by my city of residence, and when I spoke to the people at IRIS about my need, they truly made my life so easy. They helped guide me in regards to what needed to be done, and them being their own laboratory really helped with the cost when it came time to pay the bill. Unlike most other companies who outsource their samples to labs (which you pay for), they do it all in-house, which really helps keep costs in check. I will absolutely use them again in the future when needed.
IRiS Laboratories were very professional and their technician was very knowledgeable and able to quickly assess my issue. I wouldn’t use any other laboratory for environmental issues .
