The technician arrived punctually, a picture of professionalism, and took the time to thoroughly explain the intricate details of the work to be performed. A few days later, the final test reports came through, filled with comprehensive findings and results that demonstrated the quality of the testing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their exceptional service anytime; their expertise truly stands out.
While the response to have someone come out was fairly quick, the person who answered the phones is not professional and somewhat combative. Conversion with her was not pleasant as i often felt as if i was bothering her and my questions were of annoyance. I would not recommend this place. They cost too much and do not remove it. I would advise a place thatthat can assist with both testing a remediation.

My experience with Iris Environmental from start to finish was very smooth and professional. The process was easy, communication was clear, and they answered all my questions quickly.
