First time going. My stylist is Lorena. Let me tell you my experience was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so welcome. Offered me a bottle of water. Asked me what kind of cut I was looking for and did exactly that. She even went as far as taking out a folding straight edge razor to do the edges of my hairline. Followed by a wash at the end. Lorena has found herself a lifelong customer due to her amazing skills and service.

I went a couple days ago . This is the second time I have tried them out everytime I go . The employees are more focused on doing the other employee’s hair than the actual customers waiting . I was there for 2 hours and remind you it was only me and one other lady and about 5 workers . The owner knows exactly what she does but plays dumb and innocent . I am writing to share my feedback about my visit to your salon on Wednesday November 6,2024. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience that I feel needs to be addressed.
