Horrible experience. We were booked for one space and on the day of we were told we'd be in another room which was very small. The door was left unlocked and we let ourselves in. We were told we would have a tour guide and did not have one. We got there and had to figure out how to work the speakers. The decor was cheap looking and not clean. This was a total disaster. I contact Ms. Tia about this venue 5 weeks in advance. After paying in full I was assured that everything was a go. Arrive at 10am Saturday morning and have the venue till midnight. The day of I was notified that tables and chairs will be delivered at 11. Which is not what we discussed. Then I was givin a event space I did not book. Called Tia and she acted clueless. She was very unsympathetic and not helpful. The tables did not have table cover and the chairs were lined up along the wall. I asked ... read more

I love the spaces! The price for the layout and the amenities is totally a steal!!! I am so excited to use the space for my husband’s birthday!!!
