Staff were really friendly, called in for an adjustment on my glasses that I bought last year that I've been really happy with. Tiffany was amazing
really awesome service girl at front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, I am happy to finally see some great service in this town.
I was greeted by a very sour faced receptionist as soon as entering the building, I was then promptly given dirty looks by her for the whole time I looked around. I would advise others to not bother here super expensive also.
I have been coming to Iris since we moved to Cranbrook 3 years ago and I’m thrilled with the patience, knowledge and great fun we have here! With 3 teenage girls and myself who require glasses/contacts, I appreciate the time that Nikki and Jason have taken to make sure from start to finish we are provided with the best care possible. Great job team Iris!
I always have great exams and the team there is very friendly and helpful. Fair prices for a great product. I love my glasses!
