There communication is terrible, the front desk person is rude
These are the most unprofessional dentist I've ever come across.I had a veneer bridge done and when it broke I called and tried to get it fixed and they said that they had already repaired it which was a lie and that their prices have doubled and then they could not get me in for at least a year what a letdown in the secretary was beyond rude I highly recommend it not going to this dentist.
Dr. Adams has the perfect bedside manner, so patient, caring, and kind. It's hard to come by a dentist who treats her staff and patients with the utmost care and respect. Her staff are amazing as well. We are so lucky to be Dr. Adams patients, she took us in as an emergency patient. I highly recommend her practice, If I could give 10 STARS I would.
Amazing staff and office! All the woman are great and make the experience go smoothly.
Bad dentist. Hygienist is great, front desk is great.. but Dr Adams is bad. Her demeanor is flat and unconcerned, and when challenged she simply gaslights and lies. She gave me the worst crown ever. It’s very gray like a dead tooth, and as soon as I saw it I pointed it out and her dental assistant said it was just the fluorescent lights. I went outside and it was clearly way off color.
