Dentist good, hygienist nice, front desk was subpar. Was there two weeks ago

There communication is terrible, the front desk person is rude
These are the most unprofessional dentist I've ever come across.I had a veneer bridge done and when it broke I called and tried to get it fixed and they said that they had already repaired it which was a lie and that their prices have doubled and then they could not get me in for at least a year what a letdown in the secretary was beyond rude I highly recommend it not going to this dentist.
