Seeing Ms. Galarza is always the highlight of my day . She’s incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and always makes the visit extremely pleasant.
Ms. Galarza apparently writes prescriptions for controlled and other medications on behalf of Holland Village nursing home without any contact with the person in whose name these prescriptions are going to be filled in. In this case me. This has been done without reviewing the person's medical history or records or advising the person that these prescriptions had been written.
