On Tuesday, July 14, I experienced extremely poor customer service at your restaurant. I arrived at approximately 9:00 p.m. There was only one other customer in the store and one employee working. I stopped by Irie Café hoping to get their ackee and saltfish, which is one of my favorite Jamaican dishes, but unfortunately I was told they no longer serve it. I ended up ordering the curried chicken instead. The chicken itself was tender and seasoned, but I was hoping for a bolder curry flavor. I ended up asking for extra curry sauce on top, which helped a little. The rice and beans were fluffy and flavorful. I upgraded to the collard greens for an additional $2.50. Pricey food was bland, jerk and curry chicken. Use bag mix vegetables. customer service not the best …It’s ok to smile try to be friendly to customers !! Floor was sticky around eating area won’t be returning!!
