There is a leak in the kitchen and they scheduled an appointment for 9 days after. on the day of service, they called and told me they had no technicians! I am so frustrated and do NOT recommend them at all. They are not reliable at all!

Not a good experience with these guys, which were sent out by home warranty. They charged up a bunch of "modifications" needed for water heater install and installed a faulty water heater and then charged us again to install another (second) faulty water heater. Finally got another (honest) installer who did it as a standard install and after looking at pictures of the original water heater confirmed that no modifications were needed to start with.
