After 6 weeks of PT my knee pain is gone! I went from being unable to do 10k steps a day without pain to having no pain after 8mi hikes! I was skeptical of PT at first since I lift weights often and am relatively active, but they were able to figure out where I was weak and sufficiently work out those areas. I definitely recommend Alisa and her team for anyone active thats seeking physical therapy!
I already learned so much about my shoulder issue on my first visit. I’m excited about the prospects and looking forward to reduced pain and increased wellness!
