Totally the best Dr ever!!! I was total afraid of having this procedure because of the what ifs... Dr Lalani and his team was very jovial and made me feel so comfortable. He talked me through each step and asked how I was doing…The best thing is that it was over, before I knew it. Thanks for going above and beyond to make me feel at easy and sparing me any pain during this procedure.
It was a good visit and he prescribed more therapy for my neck and mid back.
I was referred to Dr. LaLani. I was able to get in right away for my New Patient Visit. His whole staff is professional, kind and courteous. Dr. LaLani is an awesome Neurologist with a very humble and meek bedside manner, he’s very through and has a listening ear. He is my new profound Neurologist.
When I was told the visit would be 1 - 2 hours long, I honestly thought it was because of the testing, evaluation or visit with the physician, not the waiting room. I feel the office does overbooking and it is just not right. The waiting room was small, crowded and uncomfortable. I waited 2 hours to have a 5-7 minute consultation with the physician, and even that felt rushed. When I told the receptionist that I was in great pain, she scheduled an appointment for me for that afternoon, even though it was a very busy day for the doctor and the staff. As always, Dr. Lalani listened carefully, answered all of my questions and arranged a plan of treatment for me. As always, his staff were kind and efficient. Absolute worst “doctor” I’ve ever seen. Terrible bed-side manners, rude, impatient, and after waiting 3 months for my results, couldn’t give me an answer and said, “I don’t know”. Could not even give me any suggestions for a different type of Dr. to see. No one should waste their time with him……
Dr. Lalani is a kind, soft-spoken man. His bedside manner is top-notch, as a nurse, I love to work with him. I am also his patient. I would recommend him to anyone.
