They are refusing to offer a discount in my rent after half of my apartment can not be used because of flood damage. My up stairs neighbor had a leak. Because of this I can not use half of my apartment. I asked if there was anything they could do. They pretty much told me to go kick rocks.
The hardest thing is to move out they make it difficult and very very expensive. Don’t expect your damage deposit back. Even if you rented a really old unit. Rent goes up every year by $100. And the management is terrible I got charged for three years for the rentals insurance when I did have it which is unfortunate because they would not except the papers. Place is a rip off and a scam absolutely hate it. Finally God blessed me with enough money to get the heck out of here praise the Lord!
