Just came by and this place is completely cleaned out and permanently closed out of no where

Is this place permanently closed or something? Went by twice to get my phone fixed (which was no small feat navigating with no GPS since my phone is broken), and the store looked empty/closed both times. Double checked when I got home to ensure that I visited during opening hours, and I did. This business needs to update their hours or update that they are permanently closed. They did an excellent job when they fixed my phone in February, so I am disappointed at the lack of communication with new hours.
I am honestly at a loss as to what to do. PLEASE GIVE ME BACK MY PROPERTY! I have irreplaceable documents & photos of my children on my phone that this company is refusing to return to me! I have emailed , called, texted COUNTLESS times & no one is responding. PLEASE GIVE ME MY PHONE BACK THAT I PAID FOR!!!!! Or I will be forced to file a stolen property report with the police.
