I needed my screen replaced. Cameron was quick, super friendly, and very communicative throughout the process. He had my computer fixed within hours, and I'm very pleased with the outcome. Very personable—highly recommend!
Took my old phone in for a data transfer and they took apart my NEW phone without calling me and ruined the factory waterproofing of my new phone. They offered me 20 dollars off my next repair to make it right which is laughable seeing as they ruined my 600 dollar phone. I am a kayak instructor and river guide and need the waterproofing.. they don't make waterproof cases for this phone because of the tablet pen (galaxy note).
Vinny was patient and painstaking in transferring my phone over. I really appreciate it.
This is my go to repair shop anytime I have issues with my devices. Vinny is the guy that helped me and he was absolutely amazing very personable very knowledgeable and he gave me clear communication accurate time estimates and he was able to help me get a very damaged iPad screen that I hadn’t been able to use in two years fixed and record time.
