I am honestly at a loss as to what to do. PLEASE GIVE ME BACK MY PROPERTY! I have irreplaceable documents & photos of my children on my phone that this company is refusing to return to me! I have emailed , called, texted COUNTLESS times & no one is responding. PLEASE GIVE ME MY PHONE BACK THAT I PAID FOR!!!!! Or I will be forced to file a stolen property report with the police.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. I paid over $275 to get a screen replacement, and this also came with the clear guarantee that if my screen wasn’t cracked or broken, they would replace it. When I went in recently to have them fix the defective screen they installed (see pic), I was told they’re going out of business and are no longer ordering any new parts.
