I have used this store several times for different issues with my iPhone, and I have always been impressed with their customer service. The staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Every time I leave, my phone is working properly, and I feel confident that I was well taken care of. I was not planning on sharing my experience but after hearing about my friends recent experience I believe it’s needed to mention my story. I went in to get my phone fixed, it was cracked screen, and they let me know that the face feature wouldn’t be available unless I paid extra to get it fixed. That didn’t matter since all I was worried about was having the pictures and information on my phone saved. They fixed my phone and I was very content. Excellent service !!! Came in to clean my phone charger port and they did it within 10 minutes ! Legit service , great place to also bring old electronics they can fix !

My whole family goes here to get our phones fixed and they have never fixed any of our phones and have only made them worse , absolutely do not recommend this place
