Lucky to have this outstanding Apple repair shop so close by! Honest, professional, and kind! My son was prepared to pay dearly to replace the non-working charging port in his iPhone. The technician took one look at it, grabbed a little tool and knocked some dirt and debris out of the opening- plugged it into a charger and boom all fixed NO CHARGE. Now that's what I call customer service with a smile!

A week ago I had what my friends called " a black screen of death". My Samsung Galaxy S6 Active had a few small cracks and went out. I admit I threw a fit and was worried no one would be able to fix it. I went into I repair on Tuesday 05/28 and was quoted a price and was told that it would be 3 to 5 days and it should be ready. We brought her phone in for a simple screen replacement ($120.00) brought the home phone home within eight hours the screen turn black the phone went out. Brought the phone back in and yes they replaced the screen however then they said it was your battery not the screen never had any battery issues before but they decided to charge us $30 and would not let her leave with the phone I would not use this place ever!!! With repair shops on every corner I would go to another.
3 screens replaced, tempered covers put on and purchased 2 otter boxes all at different times. Prices are very fair and the service is top notch!! Highly recommend!!
Our two visits have been about iPhone batteries. Both experiences were great. Efficient repairs, fair price and good customer service.
Stopped in today to buy a phone and have Batteries replaced in two IPhone 6 +'s. They sold me a Samsung S7 at a very reasonable price and had the batteries in the IPhones changed like they were a NASCAR pit crew. A+++ Service, I'll be back for all my phone repair needs. Thanks
Just a plug for iRepair Indy. They have done a few iPad and MacBook repairs for us in the past. Always fast and at a fair price AND they are a local business. Beats taking at least a half-day driving to Keystone at the Crossing and waiting around, even with an appt.
