Fantastic service!!!! I am so glad I chose this place to repair my broken phone. The people who work here are amazing, really know what they are doing, fixed something others were not even willing to try to fix, and are they super reasonable when it comes to price. I can not rave about this place enough!! Terrible experience with this repair shop. While Alex fixed my iPhone 14 Pro, the repair was sloppy—you could see gum around the phone, and the back glass he used was cheap and broke almost instantly. I took it to Apple afterward, and they said it looked like someone shot a BB gun at it. Despite multiple attempts to contact him for a warranty repair (as promised on his website), he never responded. Absolutely horrible service. Avoid this place at all costs!
I cracked my MacBook computer screen and brought it here to get it fixed. It was fixed in a hour and was charged a fair price with great customer service. Hopefully you don't break any of your devices but if you do, skip the apple store and bring it here!! 10/10
