Anthony identified the issue with my laptop in under 20 minutes after Best Buy told me there was nothing they could do. My laptop had stopped charging/holding a charge and I didn't have a spare charger to rule out the charger being the issue. I took it to Best Buy first (rookie mistake) and they asked me if I wanted them to recycle the device if there was nothing they can do. They told me that I would be better off purchasing a new unit. Fantastic service!!!! I am so glad I chose this place to repair my broken phone. The people who work here are amazing, really know what they are doing, fixed something others were not even willing to try to fix, and are they super reasonable when it comes to price.
