The display on my Samsung Galaxy s21 displayed a distorted image. Everything else worked perfectly. I brought the phone to a Verizon store who told me I needed a new phone. I then went to iRepair and within a few minutes they determined it was a software setting and corrected the problem. They didn't charge me. You can bet I will go to them first if I have a problem with my cell phone. There is no substitute for knowledge.
Anthony identified the issue with my laptop in under 20 minutes after Best Buy told me there was nothing they could do. My laptop had stopped charging/holding a charge and I didn't have a spare charger to rule out the charger being the issue. I took it to Best Buy first (rookie mistake) and they asked me if I wanted them to recycle the device if there was nothing they can do. They told me that I would be better off purchasing a new unit.
