My house flooded due to one of the proprieties that this company manages and rather than helping solve the problem and speaking with the owner of the house. The “property manager” Chloe blocked mine and my husband’s number. Our house almost flooded again tonight due to the negligence of this company. The last time I spoke with Chloe she said me voicing my concern is harassing her. I know it’s a small company so I hope one of the owners can handle this from here on out.
My dealings with IRent and Chloe have been nothing but professional. I highly recommend IRent Property Management.
We were very disappointed with the food this time. It's usually very good but the burgers were all burnt, the soda was out so they were pouring from stale 2 liter bottles. It was not busy but the staff were very slow. Everyone was friendly and tried to make up for the lack in food and drinks but we are is to Mel's being consistent every visit. I don't think we will be going back. That's sad. Mel's was always a go to, but now it's a go from!
