Do not rent from Andrew he is a crooked property manager Not sure if it's just Andrew that operates this place or if not, he is the only one I ever spoke with so..... I was very busy with work not much time to find another place to rent, found a place in online search and decided to go ahead with trying to rent it, drove by the place and looked like it was a good choice for me so I decided to pay application fee and see if I was approved for it. They never call back. I’ve tried reaching out via email as well and never heard back.
Never get back to you. If you on social security forget this place won't be able to fill out application unless you still work. Found a nicer place so it all worked out in the end. Don't waste your time you will end up homeless before anybody gets back to you.
This company sends you a link to look up the property you want to schedule a showing to. We never found that property and after attempting to contact them 3x have given up. The worst!!
