Seamless virtual pickup and drop-off, great communications during the rental period, vehicle, though not new, was in good, safe mechanical condition, obviously well maintained, will be a repeat customer for sure.
The car ran great. Price was very fair. Car was very good on gas. SHAWN was amazing. Very detailed help where the car was ,and the other questions I had he fully fulfilled ,all of my questions. Great service would highly recommend. Will use the service again.

As a new driver it was my first time renting a car. Kudos to Shawn for making the whole process smooth.
I don’t suggest it. His explanations are false and he left me 5 star review, but as soon as he was aware about my feedback, he started to claim accident claim for 2 black lines and Turo is inspecting that. He asked for cleaning which that one is wrong too and the car was in a same situation. Update: Turo has rejected the claim concerning the cleanliness of the car, even though I provided photos showing that the car was in the same condition as when I rented it. They sought a payment of $150 for cleaning half of the back seat... read more
