Great shop !! A bit overpriced but best quality.
Very poor customer service and experience. Rude and disrespect, period. I was gonna leave a review and after reading all the reviews, I realized that everyone is on the same page. This business is ridiculous.
After reading these reviews, it appears that instances of disrespect and rudeness toward customers are not isolated incidents. This morning, an older employee yelled at my wife and toddler, which is completely unacceptable. As a business dedicated to delivering happiness, this behavior is the exact opposite of what should be expected. Shame on you!
The florist arranged a beautiful bouquet of flowers for an anniversary for me on the spot. Extremely friendly, helpful and personable. This was my first time here and certainly won’t be my last.
