I bought flowers here for Valentine’s Day and was very disappointed. I paid $170 for the arrangement, and the flowers wilted the very next day. For that price, I expected much better quality and freshness. It honestly feels like the flowers were old when sold. This experience was really upsetting, especially for such a special occasion. I hope the store improves their quality control.
Customer service older guy is rude man. I’m trynna give you money, why make it seem like I’m a hassle to you when I’m the only customer in the store? The flowers looked good but it was extremely overpriced. I paid $85 here for something you can get for $40-50 in other stores nearby. I came for the convenience but I won’t be back.

Very poor customer service and experience. Rude and disrespect, period. I was gonna leave a review and after reading all the reviews, I realized that everyone is on the same page. This business is ridiculous.
