She has been helping to minimize back and forth communication by letting me know what are needed at once, and also make sure everyone (including underwriter) is aligned and on the same page. That helped me save lots of time. I would definitely work with her again for mortgages (refinancing or buying a new home, etc) next time.
My real estate agent recommended Irene as she has experience with VA loans. She was very responsive to my questions, even working through the weekend to accommodate my work schedule during the weekdays.
